Step into The Threshold, the first stop on your journey through The Blue Opal Tattoo. This front space is part retail gallery, part welcome center—featuring art prints from our artists, handmade gothic and horror-inspired goods, jewelry, tumblers and more. Afire you check in at the front desk, you’ll pass walls filled with artwork and a striking feature wall of autographed horror photos on your way toward the Gathering Lounge. The entire space is designed to draw you in and set the tone for the experience ahead—creative, bold, and unforgettable.
THE OPAL SANCTUARY
At the front of the shop, The Opal Sanctuary brings together artistry and atmosphere. An exclusive lounge sits beneath a wide picture window, filled with rare plants, curious décor, and seating offers a quiet retreat before, during or after your appointment. With its moody charm and carefully curated details, it’s also a favorite spot for selfies—a space designed to be as memorable as the art itself. Just beyond, the tattooing area, surrounded by gothic artwork and pieces from her personal collection, creating a dramatic backdrop for every session.
THE GATHERING LOUNGE
Settle into The Gathering Lounge, a comfortable retreat at the heart of the shop. Sink into the leather couches, enjoy the art-lined walls, or grab a seat at the dining tables while you wait. A 65” 3D TV, complimentary snacks, coffee, water, and shelves of books, coloring pages, games, and DVDs keep you entertained and at ease. It’s a place to relax, recharge, and connect—and every month, it transforms into the home of our Game Night, where clients and artists come together for fun and community.
THE INNER SANCTUM
Step into the heart of The Blue Opal Tattoo—where artistry and atmosphere meet. Our clean, modern design offers a semi-private experience surrounded by walls filled with original art. The music is curated to set the mood, never to drown it out, so conversation flows as easily as creativity. Here, every detail is designed to make your tattoo session immersive, comfortable, and unforgettable.
